Please note: Refunds are generally not issued for custom synthesis, screening, or data analysis services once work has begun.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
Orders for physical products (e.g., glycan microarrays, kits, reagents) are processed within 2 business days and shipped via trusted carriers such as FedEx or UPS. Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be provided. Most U.S. deliveries arrive within 2-5 business days. International shipping timelines vary by destination. Some temperature-sensitive products are shipped with cold packs or dry ice and must be received and stored properly upon arrival. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Return Policy
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Note: Custom microarrays, synthesized glycans, and biological reagents are not eligible for return due to their specialized nature.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing [email protected].
After 24 hours, orders may already be processed or shipped, and our return policy will apply. Custom service orders (e.g., screening, data analysis, synthesis) cannot be canceled once work has commenced.
